Purpose

I don't know if we've ever had a Christmas season move this quickly. 

But I do know, more than ever before, I'm breathing more deeply and becoming more purposeful in being grateful. 

I want to say "yes," more than no- to my kids. And get better about my no's to those unnecessary demands. Because my family deserves to have a mom who's joyful and present in the moment. And all of us deserve to have rest. 

Just stopping tonight. 

Loosening the tight clutch of my "to do" list. 

Going to bed early. 

Tomo is a fresh day. 

Perspective and attitude is the defining factor for me in enjoying where I am. Every day. 

I am -we are all- so very blessed.
