Cell phone dump

Kayli did the gingerbread village this year. It's such a fun tradition.
We tore into our gift from the D family and had a wonderful treat early one morning.

She and Brooklyn helped me with Braydens snack helper "assignment". Thank you pinterest.
I have darling children who like to give me new wallpaper for my phone's screensaver. This one made me jump.
The manager hired for Tapestry (Kayli's new CD) fell through. I've taken on the role of this due to the unforeseen events. My mornings that Brayden is at preschool are packed full of meetings and more meetings. Did I mention I'm out of my comfort zone?  That's an understatement. This seems to be a way of life for me now. Some (optimists) would say I'm growWWiNg. So I'm going to stick with that theory.

Christmas for our family means giving back.
And seeing my girls use much of their own money to do it= priceless.
I'm a Cub Scout mom. I don't know why I find that so surreal or funny. But more hilarious is that I taught their troop this week. On gardening -as a failed gardener. Thank you pinterest for free printables on kids 2nd grade lesson plans. I might have even learned something (but I won't admit it. Ok yes I'm admitting it).
What we don't do for our kids.
Grandma and grandpa have been wonderful to have with us. Lily wants them to adopt her (but not as much as john wants them to adopt her) haha!
Brayden had a playdate with his lil friend L. and came home with a gingerbread house. I wonder if that gets me out of making them this year?!  Sugar helps everything.
A gorgeous Christmas tea last night where Kayli performed Tapestry and Mary did you know.
It was a packed house for a Spanish ministry and so fun to see old friends and make new ones.
Kayli had her very first experience of forgetting words up on the stage in "Mary did you know". She apologized and I could see her mind spinning. The entire crowd instantly cheered for her and encouraged her; Kayli caught up and finished strong. I think I'm in love with this Spanish ministry. These women made us feel sincerely loved all evening.
This morning it's the school's annual 7:15 AM "donuts at dawn" and pajama day. Thank you daddy for going to work late to cart kids there.
More meetings for me. And a house full of girls coming over to help with Tapestry product line this evening. The excitement is in full swing -mommy needs a nap.
